All our engineers are free of any police convictions, cautions or charges having a clear criminal record. All alarm accessories and equipment installed is subject to the manufacturer’s original 12 month warranty. Any equipment failure in this time will be replaced free of charge. All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months also. We offer extended 2 year warranty on products and 3 year warranty on installations, when you purchase annual service package at the time of installation. Annual service package purchased on a later day will only have our standard 1 year warranty on products and installations. Details of Annual Service Package can be found here. Alarm battery replacement after 12 months or equipment failure after 12 months will be treated as a repair or service basis. Terms of service contract to be notified upon purchasing extra alarm cover on a 12 month or 24 month basis after expiry of the original warranty period of 12 months. Alarm malfunction repair due to abuse of equipment even during the original warranty period will be charged at a call out fee plus retail cost of part(s) replaced. We do not indemnify you against and do not accept liability for any financial or material loss or damage incurred due to the alarm equipment installed malfunctioning or being circumvented by a third party even during 12 month warranty period. The alarm is installed as a deterrent and no guarantee is given on our part that it will perform as expected in all circumstances. The maximum liability we will accept in any case is the total cost of the system as originally installed.

Refund Policy
Any products purchased from us that does not require any installation, comes with a 7 day cancellation policy and full refund will be made available. For products purchased with installations, cancellations made before 48 hours of installation will only incur our administration fee of £30.00 and a refund will be processed within 5 working days. For products purchased with installations, any cancellation within 48 hours within the confirmed date of installation will incur all our labour costs and administration costs and any balance due will be refunded within 10 working days. Customer has all other statutory rights that the customer has as a Consumer and none of our Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
